What Mercury retrograde actually means for texting
Mercury retrograde is when Mercury appears to move backward from Earth — it happens 3–4 times a year for about three weeks. Astrologically it is linked to crossed wires: mixed messages, replies that read wrong, exes resurfacing, things said and then regretted.
Useful, not doom: it is a cue to slow down before you send, re-read tone instead of assuming the worst, and not turn one confusing text into a whole story. It is not permission to blame the sky for a double text — see should I text them?
