This Privacy Policy explains how VALOR LABS INC. handles information for Crush Tarot: Fatewave, also called Fatewave. Fatewave is a relationship tarot and personal reflection app.

Fatewave readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, crisis, or professional relationship advice, and they cannot know another person's thoughts or feelings with certainty.

Information We Collect Or Process

Depending on how you use the app, Fatewave may collect or process:

• Name or nickname you enter for your profile.
• Birthday, birth time, and birth location used for astrology-inspired natal chart context.
• Relationship goal, current mood, and attachment pattern or related profile notes.
• Crush or bond profile details, such as the other person's nickname, age, gender, zodiac sign, birthday, birth time, birth location, relationship type, and latest signal.
• Questions you type, follow-up answers, tarot cards, journal notes, and relationship reading context.
• Profile photo or avatar if you choose to add one. Current app behavior stores the selected profile image on your device for the app experience; we do not use it for public marketing.
• Subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, and purchase-related status returned by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
• Technical data such as device/app diagnostics, app logs, API request status, error information, and basic purchase-entitlement status.
• If you join the website waitlist, your email address, optional first question, and basic non-sensitive landing page events such as form status or button clicks.

How We Use Information

• To generate tarot and relationship reflection readings.
• To remember profile, bond, journal, and app state on your device where supported.
• To provide subscription features, restore purchases, and check whether Plus access is active.
• To operate, debug, secure, and improve the app and backend services.
• To respond to support, access, deletion, and privacy requests.
• To send beta or waitlist updates if you submit your email on the website.

AI And Backend Processing

When you request a reading, the question, tarot context, follow-up answers, and relevant profile or bond context may be sent to our backend and AI provider to generate the reading. We ask providers to process this information only to provide and operate the service.

Payments And Subscriptions

We do not collect or store your payment card number. In-app purchases and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status, product availability, and entitlement access.

Third Parties

We may use these providers to operate Fatewave:

• Apple App Store, StoreKit, and Apple account systems for iOS purchases, subscription management, and refunds.
• Google Play Billing for Android purchases, subscription management, and refunds.
• RevenueCat for subscription status and entitlement management.
• AI/backend providers used to generate tarot and relationship readings.
• Hosting and API providers such as Railway and Supabase for website, API, waitlist, app, or diagnostic infrastructure where configured.

Data Sale

We do not sell personal data. We also do not sell your relationship questions, birth details, profile photo, journal notes, or crush/bond profile information.

Local Data

Some app information may be stored locally on your device using app storage such as Capacitor Preferences or browser local storage. Local data can usually be removed by using any available in-app clear/reset controls or by uninstalling the app. If you need help removing local or service-side data, contact support.

Access And Deletion Requests

You can contact valorq630@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of service-side data associated with you. Include enough information for us to find the record, such as the email address used for support or waitlist signup. Do not send payment card details.

Children

Fatewave is not intended for children under 13. Public launch positioning is intended for 18+ users. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Fatewave changes. The updated date above will show when the policy last changed.
