- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Use Restore Purchase inside Fatewave if you bought Plus but access is not active.
- Apple purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's purchase/refund flow for your Apple ID.
- Do not send payment card information to support.

How do I restore a purchase?
Open Fatewave, go to the purchase or Plus screen, and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
How do I cancel?
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and manage Fatewave from there.
How do refunds work?
Apple handles App Store purchases and refunds. Fatewave support cannot issue Apple refunds directly.
