These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using Crush Tarot: Fatewave, also called Fatewave. Fatewave is provided by VALOR LABS INC.

Fatewave readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, crisis, or professional relationship advice, and they cannot know another person's thoughts or feelings with certainty.

App Store Terms

If you download or buy Fatewave through Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms unless Fatewave publishes a separate custom app license in the future.

Eligibility

You are responsible for using Fatewave in a way that is lawful where you live. If you are under the age required to accept these Terms in your location, you may use Fatewave only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Use Of Fatewave

• Use Fatewave for personal reflection, entertainment, and journaling.
• Do not use Fatewave for emergencies, crisis support, diagnosis, legal decisions, financial decisions, or safety-critical advice.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, invasive of another person's privacy, or intended to harass or harm someone.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with Fatewave or its backend services.

AI Readings And Content

Fatewave may use AI systems to generate readings from your question, profile context, tarot pull, and follow-up answers. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or emotionally persuasive. You remain responsible for your choices and communications.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, refunds, and billing are handled by the app store or payment provider shown at purchase time. Subscription availability, pricing, renewal, and cancellation rules may vary by platform.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Fatewave handles and how privacy, access, and deletion requests work.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Fatewave changes. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
